Urgent! One more housemate needed

Looking for one more housemate to join us in the secluded but central 5 Pelham Square in brighton.

So everyone who's moving in is attending Waterbear College of Music, we've all been studying on the Isle of Wight at Platform One for the past 2 years and are all quite big musicians locally, three of the housemates are in a band called 5 Degrees North, who opened the Isle of Wight mainstage this year to support big artists like Stereophonics and Olly Murs, the other guy is social media expert who's doing the music business course and wants to get into promotional marketing especially stuff related to film.
