- 10 min walk from Hove station and the seafront
- 2 min walk from a corner store
- 10 min walk from big Tescos!

- no parking spot and can’t get a permit for our flat
- no lift and lots of stairs so not good accessibility wise 😞 (prob 40 stairs in total)
