Bright Double Room in Spacious Flat

Hey! I’m Ryan, and I’m looking for someone to join my flatshare. The place is bright, energy-efficient, and in a lovely quiet spot just a short walk from Preston Park and Dyke Road Park.

The Room:
• Big double bedroom that easily fits a king-size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside tables
• Unfurnished, so you can set it up how you like (the rest of the flat is all furnished)

The Flat:
• Loads of natural light and nice views from the kitchen window
• There’s a lift, so no lugging furniture upstairs and space to store a bike
• Great sound system and a TV in the lounge for films or music
• Kitchen has all the essentials plus a coffee machine, air fryer, blender and more - you’re welcome to use everything
• Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
• Bills come to around £150 a month

• 5 min walk to Preston Park
• 10 min walk to Preston Park Station
• About 25 min walk to Brighton Station

About Me:
I work for a music software company - I work at the office and from home. I’m into soul, jazz, classical and electronic music, and love cooking (and eating). I play piano and practice singing now and then, but never too loud or late.

What I’m Looking For:
Ideally, someone who works out of the house most days or only works from home a day or two a week. If you work normal office hours, even better (just so we’re not on top of each other all day).

It’s a pretty chilled, peaceful space. I like mellow music in the evenings and appreciate a bit of quiet time, but I’d also love to hang out sometimes over dinner or a coffee. Equally, I’m happy for us to have our own space and give each other the lounge to unwind when needed.

Someone LGBTQ+ would be great but allies also welcome!
