Room available in Fiveways for 1 Student

Hello!

We are currently looking for another mature student to fill one of the rooms in our house from September. As it stands there are 4 of us (3 boys, 1 girl). The house is located in the Fiveways area, very lovely, and the room is spacious with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows which open out into the garden.

Rent is £625 + bills. (Roughly £80 PM)

It is also easy to get to Moulsecomb, Falmer, and Sussex campus from here. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town, or a very quick bus.

We’re all very close, and often spend time together in the kitchen or, more recently, in the garden. We have some lovely new garden furniture.

We’re looking for someone who would slot in nicely with the dynamic in the house, someone queer friendly (obviously) and clean and tidy. We’re not much of a party house, but we do occasionally go out together for a drink or out on the town.
