Central family home has an immediate room to rent after our last lovely tenant moved to London. You can’t get more central than this with minutes walk to all bus routes and Churchill Square.

Lovely bright room on 2nd (middle) floor of family home (mum, dad ground floor & 2 teen girls & fiancé top floor). Sharing bathroom & main kitchen with teens only as main family residence is bottom floor.

Almost everyone works so house is quiet during the day for those working from home.

Main living room and back garden are shared but rarely used by family (it’s mid clean up now)

Looking for clean, quiet and respectful lodger. All other utilities incl fast wifi included. in colder months (Oct-Mar), the tenant must pay £100 per calendar month towards timed heating, which is approximately 1/4 of bill increase during this time and a reflection of the low rent during other 6 months of the year)

Family pup mainly downstairs but can wander so need to like dogs.

Will not suit anyone looking for party house, ‘sleepovers’ or guests as this is a family home.
