The room is furnished with a 1.5-size bed, wardrobe and desk – perfect for someone who wants a simple, comfortable space of their own. It’s not a large room, but it’s well set up for one person.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other easygoing professional males in their late 20s to 30s. Everyone is respectful, clean and friendly, so the vibe at home is calm and relaxed.

All bills, council tax and fast broadband are included in the rent. Shops, transport links and local amenities are close by.

Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
Minimum stay: 6 months
No smoking inside.
