Two rooms couple preferred

2 Bright spacious rooms are available for a decent couple with front and back garden. It’s a quiet neighbourhood so prefer someone who is a bit considerate, clean and tidy.

I’m mostly occupied by my own things so you see me briefly.

No Wi-Fi but can be sorted if needed coz I’ve plenty of mobile data. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven etc
Variable bills to be shared.
