Double room in Brighton

The property is recently refurbished and comes with a washing machine and a shared kitchen, there is no living room. It is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs. There is a bus that goes directly to Brighton station (about a 13 minute journey), or it's a 19 minute walk.

Someone who is tidy and social is preferred. It is a LGBTQ+ and nuerodiverse-friendly household.

I work from home and need a quiet environment to work for some hours of the evening/night, so strongly prefer someone who works away from home. My work hours are from 4pm-3am, so anyone working a night shift is most ideal. Other housemate works late and gets home early in the morning. We both require some quiet between 6am-2pm to sleep. **9am-5pm workers / morning people you will likely not mesh well here sorry**

There is one cat as well -- pets not considered as he is a rescue and not friendly towards other animals.
