Double & single room in Brighton

The property is recently refurbished and comes with a washing machine and a shared kitchen, there is no living room. It is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs. There is a bus that goes directly to Brighton station (about a 10 minute journey), or it's a 15 minute walk.

Someone who is tidy and social is preferred. It is a LGBTQ+ and nuerodiverse-friendly household.

There is one cat as well -- other cats or reptiles may be considered, any other pets are a no due to allergies
