Double room to rent

Spacious bright double room to let in a lovely green area of Brighton. The flat is a 3 bedroom duplex set over 2 floors. I am a 49yr old social worker and I live with my 12yr old son Joe. Our place is comfortable and full of light. We live in between 2 woods and are surrounded by trees. A bus goes straight to town from just outside and takes 15mins. We often walk into town and usually takes 25mins. We are close to 5 ways (5min walk) which has a bakery, a small supermarket, a butchers and cafes. The area is quiet and there's free parking. We are friendly and kind. We'd like to share with someone respectful.
