4-Bed house off of Lewes road looking for our 4th flatmate after someone dropped out (mixed students/professionals). We're clean and tidy and very friendly and we do play instruments but would never be disrespectful in playing them late at night etc. This is an LGBT friendly household so we're looking for somone respectful and would prefer a female housemate but all are welcome.
