Single room available in a large 3-bedroom house (unfurnished)

We have a single, unfurnished room available in our spacious 3-bedroom house. The flat includes:

A shared larger bathroom with shower and bath

A large private garden with a patio

A fully-equipped kitchen

A large living room (to be fully furnished by the end of September)

Cleaner once a week

All bills included

About us:
We are two trans non-binary masc flatmates:

30, barber and musician
36, co-founder and director

There will be 2 x friendly dogs and cats (sorry, we can’t accept any more pets).

We’re not big drinkers and prefer a relaxed vibe in the house. We enjoy hanging out, cooking at home, going to the beach, or chilling at the park with the dogs. At the same time, we respect personal space and boundaries.

What we're looking for:

- We’re hoping to find someone who:

- Loves a clean, tidy space and enjoys a relaxed atmosphere (this is not a party house)

- Works outside of the home during the day (9-5 or similar)

- Is comfortable around animals and enjoys their company
