Cosy room in Seven Dials!

Hi there,

I’m looking for a short term flatmate in my lovely flat in Seven Dials.

My flat is spacious, well decorated flat with a nice balcony (in the summer!). It’s also in a great location of Seven Dials with lots of bakeries and coffee shops, plus a mere 7 mins walk to Brighton Station, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

However, the room is very small, hence why not a long term option. It’s important you feel comfortable and relaxed while living here and that you didn’t feel you had to stay in your room and get cabin fever! I’d want this to be an opportunity to not just help cover the bills but also a nice experience to share my flat with someone.
