Short term cosy room in heart of Seven Dials

Hi there,

I’m looking for a flatmate in my spare room. It’s a spacious, well decorated flat with a nice balcony (in the summer!). It’s also in a great location of Seven Dials with lots of bakeries and coffee shops, plus a mere 7 mins walk to Brighton Station, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Please note the room is very small so more of a base to sleep in rather than spend time in. For that reason, it’s important you feel relaxed living here and that you didn’t feel you had to stay in your room and get cabin fever! I’d want this to be an opportunity to not just help cover the bills but also a nice experience to share my flat with someone.

I’m out of the flat during the day so you could WFH on the dining room table if you wanted.
