Room is good size double with balcony on sea and part palace pier. Is 3 bathrooms one on each floor and 2 rooms on each floor

This is busy area could be little disturbing for someone who only wants quiet

There is no party house, no smoking at rooms, no hostel that people coming in leaving out or crash in nights constantly. Tenants respect each other right to feel comfortable and rest.
