CLYDE ROAD

Hi everyone!

We are looking for one new housemate to join our lovely home on Clyde Road starting 1st September 🗓️

🏡 About the House:
– Central location (Clyde Road) – walking distance to everything!
– Spacious 3-storey house with a garden, living room, and 2 toilets
– 2 rooms on the top floor with its own kitchen
– 2 rooms on the first floor, with a shared kitchen on the ground floor
-Another room on the ground floor

👋 About Us:
We’re Ömercan (from Turkey) Jose (from Spain), Heath (from Australia) and Ollie (from Essex).
Ömercan is doing a PhD in Gender Studies and Literature (final year coming up!), Jose works as a video editor for a company, Heath works in hospitality and Ollie works for charity.

We enjoy spending time together – having BBQs in the garden, game nights, or just chatting when we’re all around – but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and routines.

✨ Currently the room on the top floor looking at the garden is available. It is a spacious room. It is unfurnished, but has a built in wardrobe. You will have your own kitchen on the top floor sharing it with Ollie.

Council tax are included in the rent.

We’re ideally looking for like-minded, kind, and easy-going people to share the house with. Throughout the week, there’s a natural flow and mutual understanding that helps keep things peaceful and fun. We have a cleaner that visits the place every other week.
