Hi I am Albert. Welcome to my ad. I am looking to rent my extra room in my house for the period of beginning of May to the end of August (Dates can be a bit flexible).

Whenever I finish work I tend to go out to get some fresh air. I like going to the gym, cooking, gaming and traveling.
--- Clean and tidy – keeps their space and shared areas neat
--- Quiet and considerate – respects others’ peace and privacy

💷 MONTHLY RENT & BILLS

• £600 per person including council tax, internet and gas.

• Bills to be shared are water and electricity, water is normally around 25 GBP per person and electricity varies on use but normally around 60 GBP per person a month
