THE HOUSE -
A spacious house across two floors, with two bathrooms and a communal lounge and kitchen. The room is situated on the first floor which is west facing and fits a double bed, the room comes unfurnished.
It is the largest room in the house and sits next to one of the bathrooms which is rarely used by the other house mates!!
I will be selling some of the furniture, such as bed, mattress, drawers, desk, rail etc so let me know if you are interested in this in your message.
The rent is £520, bills not included but split between the five of us.
ABOUT US -
We're all in our early 20s and are looking for someone to fit in with us socially but also respect one another's space. We occasionally cook together and go for drinks out but also like to chill after work with a film.
