Room to rent in central Brighton

Hi all, myself and my housemate are looking for a third person to join our tenancy from next month until June next year. We are two clean and very sociable 26 year old males who are in full time employment and are looking for someone friendly and easygoing to occupy a third bedroom in our very spacious penthouse flat in the centre of Brighton. Given our location we have plenty of amenities within walking distance, including the train station which is less than a ten minute walk away, North Laine shops just around the corner and a beautiful panoramic view courtesy of our wraparound balcony overlooking much of central Brighton.

Myself and my housemate are currently in the process of de-cluttering and deep cleaning following the departure of our previous housemate and are looking to replace much of the furnishings in the flat so apologies if the pics provided look slightly drab.

Rent will be £825 a month and other bills are paid and split between us separately. We are happy to accept students provided they apply for a council tax discount prior to moving into the property. The council tax band is Band E.
