We have a big double bedroom available in our first floor flat for 22nd September-9th October (dates can be flexible by a day or two)
I am moving out of the room early and so need someone to cover the last few weeks of my contract (sub-let).
You will be sharing with my flatmate, 29 year old female who WFH monday-friday (mostly from her room).
The building is 3 minutes from Brighton station and 1 minute from Seven Dials, such a good location in the centre of everything, perfect for commuters.
My room will be mostly empty as I will have moved out a lot of my things, but I will leave the bedframe and maybe a small side table if you need. (if you have your own mattress great, if not I will leave mine for you until the 9th October)
There is a cupboard for storage in the room.
