Urgently looking for flatmate

We are due to move into a property in less than 2 weeks and unfortunately one of our flatmates dropped out. Looking for someone to join our property and sign the contract next week.

We are a group of young professionals who have a wonderful house in Hanover, on Lincoln street, we are about to sign the contract on, unfortunately one of the potential housemates had to drop out for an exciting work opportunity.
We have 2 beautiful kitties who will be living in the property, they are indoor cats, so a cat lover is a must!
The property is a 4 bed property in Hanover.
The rent is £625 a month, and £90 a month bills.
We are 22, 23 & 23, all vegan or veggie, trans/queer & lgbtqia+ friendly,
The room is on the top floor, up 3 steps to enter the property, and a flight of stairs to the room.
We need the contract signed asap, but are keen to find someone likeminded who is looking to find a home that embraces community, friendship and communication!
