Double Room in Tranquil Preston Park Flat

I am unfortunately moving out of this gorgeous flat that I have been in for just under 2 years now due to moving in with a friend. This 3 bedroom flat is very spacious and all 3 rooms feel separate from each other which is nice as it feels like you have your own space. There is a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom which are sort of in the middle of the property and then all 3 rooms in different corners. You would be living with Bhoomika who is an optometrist so works days and David who manages a salon during the week and then is a drag queen on the weekends. Due to the location it is quiet and peaceful and there is a patio out the side of the kitchen door but as the flat is ground floor and there are grounds and trees all around us it feels like the front lawns are also our garden! It is a very chilled household, not a party house at all. We sometimes have movie nights but sometimes we all like to just retire and do our own thing. We also have a spare room that we have recently turned into a dining room. This spare room will be shared with you and Bhoomika and was previously used as an office as I needed it then, so if you would prefer that then could always be converted back. We only recently stuck a table in there as I didn't need to use my half as an office anymore. The room comes with a massive built in wardrobe and built in little nook/desk area which is handy so all you'd really need is a bed, but I am looking to get a new frame for the new place so would be open to selling it to you.
