Hello I'm looking for a university student or working person to live in my flat. It's most likely only available for 3 months because I'm moving. I'm not intrusive and am often away for work so it would suit someone who likes privacy. The room is lovely, bright and airy, a good size with high celings and a big window with a view of the viaduct and a fireplace with mantlepiece. There is a wooden double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and there could be a desk and wardrobe. The bathroom has an electric shower. The kitchen has a Neff cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room with tv is available some of the time. All bills included except £40 pm council tax for non students. Great location with 3 stations in walking distance, frequent buses to the seafront and Preston Park round the corner. Late night shops. I have a small quiet dog. I use the SpareRoom lodger agreement and will ask for proof of student registration or employment. £100 discount off first month if you move in within a week of viewing.
