Hanover is renowned for its community feel and relaxed village vibe. There are plenty of independent shops nearby, and the house is only a 5–10 minute walk to the town centre, plus just 15 minutes to the beach and train station.

The house itself is spacious, with a cute little garden, and already well furnished in the shared areas. Please note there isn’t room in the house for lots of extra furniture/belongings.

We’re looking for a mature professional (late 30s+), ideally someone who doesn’t work from home. The house has a healthy, friendly, peaceful yet creative atmosphere, and we value:

• An appreciation of art, music, and health and well-being
• Someone who enjoys their own space but is also happy to hang out, share food sometimes

🐾 Other important note
You’ll be sharing with one super chilled, well behaved little dog, who is very much part of the house. So you’ll need to be a dog lover (sorry, no additional pets).
