Double ground floor room in 6 bed house

We are advertising a double ground floor room in a rented house in the North lanes. Situated only a 3 minute walk from the Brighton train station, it's pretty ideal for commuters too.
The room is a small to medium double room and comes with a lovely built in wardrobe and shelves. The drawers pictured can also come with the room, but the bed (and snail tank) are going with our housemate.

About us, we are Jo (32), Zamira (37), and Gus (23). We are easygoing professionals and friends from a previous house share looking to move in other social and respectful beans. Two of our house mates are leaving at the end of the month, so if you are two friends looking to move together, you may be a good fit! The advert for the second room will come soon, but do ask about this if that situation describes you and a buddy. We also have one other housemate Montel (29) who may be moving elsewhere soon, but as yet to be confirmed.

The rest of the house has a medium sized kitchen and small dinning area/living room. There are two showers and three bathrooms (so no bathroom schedule issues) and the whole house is situated over four floors. The garden is on the smaller side, but we make good use of it often hanging out there in the evenings for a chat. Unfortunately there's a fair few bags and bits and bobs in the hallways, so no pictures of the rest of the house yet, but they are sure to come.
