Large double room in central Brighton

Hello we are looking for a new flatmate to join our girlie flat from mid November. The flat is very central and close to everything: 20 min walk to the train station and 7min walk to the seafront. The flat feels like home and we would like someone who is looking for a home and a balance between spending time together but also respecting each others alone time. We would prefer someone who communicates well and will help take care of the flat together in terms of tidying and cleaning communal spaces. The bedroom is a large double and it was originally unfurnished but the current flatmate is willing to sell some things like the bed frame, set of draws and wardrobe for a very reasonable price.
Bills are not included. They will be split between 4.
