2 cozy rooms available in friendly Hanover house

We have 2 cozy double rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in Hanover🙂‍↕️✨ We live on a lovely street with a strong sense of community and great neighbours... not to mention 3 excellent pubs a stones throw away 🕺

We're in a great location 10 minutes from Brighton centre and the beach, 20 minutes to the South Downs.

The first room is on the ground floor. The second room is on the first floor, it shares a Jack and Jill en-suite with the other bedroom on this floor. Both rooms can come unfurnished or somewhat furnished according to your preference… and both rooms are quite small, hence the cabin beds!

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all downstairs and the living room opens up into our sweet little walled garden, where Xan and Kerry have started growing some veggies 🌱

We have a private landlord who is very chilled, but also makes sure we are happy and gets stuff sorted when we need it.

We are pretty sociable and love having BBQ's or dinner parties in the garden every now and again. These are the lovely housemates you'll be living with:

Kerry (she/her) works for the NHS, spends quite a lot of time at work, enjoys biking, football, running, yoga, sea swimming, playing switch, guitar and making art in her free time 👩‍🎨🌈

Xanthe (she/they) is a water engineer, recently gaining their PhD! They REALLY enjoying running, glass making, cycling, camping, hiking and meditating 👷🚴‍♂️

We are both friendly people who care about our home environment. We like to keep the space tidy most of the time, and always try to alternate cleaning chores fairly. It is important to us to feel comfortable around each other and we usually plan time to spend together as a house once a month or so. We generally have quite busy active/lifestyles and enjoy our downtime at home too. We aren't a 'party house' but do have the occasional gathering of friends for birthdays, football, PRIDE and such 🌈

We’ll be doing viewings in the evenings from the 8th-12th of September and 6th-12th of October and the move in date is the 24th October :) Please also let us know a couple of times/dates you would be available for viewings!! 😁
