I am looking for 3 new flatmates preferably girlies to join my flat from mid November as my friends are moving out. The flat is quite spacious with large beautiful ceilings, it is 7 mins from the beach and 20 mins from Brighton train station.
I would love someone who enjoys a good mix between meaningful convos , hanging out but also respecting each others space, privacy and time. I am looking for someone who communicates well and wants to take care of the flat together in terms of tidying and cleaning.
The bills are not included they will be split in between the 4 of us.
