The room is fully furnished and is of good size. There's a bus stop min away from the house which runs 50 to and from Churchill Square/Brighton Station. It's a 20-30 min walk from the city center and it's quite residential area so you'll be living in peace.
The council band is D and including bills the cost should come around 650 p/m for each room.
We need guarantors and references.
