We have a homely (yet respectful of own space) environment… It’s quiet with an easy, relaxed vibe and on the rare occasion, a sweet, elderly Jack Russell called Belle will visit.

Easy access to central Brughton, the sea and the Downs. Seven minutes walk to Preston Park station. 20 mins walk to Brighton Station (10 on the bus). Local bus also takes us up to Devils Dyke. Surrounded by parks and very close to 7 dials and central Brighton.

We also have a larger double, available for a long-term let from April 2026.
