Hello everyone ❤️❤️ me and my housemate are moving out of our lovely queer house in October and looking for two lovely people to join my sweet housemates Kerry and Xan!
We have 2 double rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in Hanover. We live on a lovely street with a strong sense of community and great neighbours... not to mention 3 excellent pubs a stones throw away!
I’m advertising the LARGER double bedroom in this house but there is another available also. It’s big and light with a jack and Jill eusuite bathroom, lots of storage and plenty of charm.
We're in a great location 10 minutes from Brighton centre and the beach, 20 minutes to the South Downs.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all downstairs.
We have a private landlord who is very chilled, but also makes sure we are happy and gets stuff sorted when we need it.
We have a sweet little walled garden. We love having BBQ's and dinner parties in the garden every now and again.
Kerry (she/her) works for the NHS, spends quite a lot of time at work, enjoys biking, football, running, yoga, sea swimming, playing switch, guitar and making art in her free time 👩🎨🌈
Xanthe (she/they) is a water engineer, recently gaining their PhD! They REALLY enjoying running, glass making, cycling, camping, hiking and meditating 👷🚴♂️
We are both are sociable people who care about our home environment. We like to keep the space tidy most of the time, and always try to alternate cleaning chores fairly. It is important to us to feel comfortable around each other and we usually plan time to spend together as a house once a month or so. We generally have quite busy active/lifestyles and enjoy our downtime at home too. We aren't a 'party house' but do have the occasional gathering of friends for birthdays, football, PRIDE and such.

Accessibility:
We do not have an intercom and are not a scent free home although people are generally mindful of not spraying strong scents in communal spaces. The first room is on street level but there is one flight of stairs to the shared downstairs areas, the second room is up two flights of stairs.
