Hi,
Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom top/3rd floor apartment near Preston Park/Circus. Close to shops, 5 mins walk to London Rd Station, 15 to Brighton.
Bedroom is furnished, but all existing furniture removal could be negotiable, except bed frame (as expensive & new).

Flat has gigafast broadband and Sky with all the channels. Rent is £500+bills, as it’s fair not to consider Tv if you will not be using it. We can discuss & agree monthly amount once you express an interest and meet.

Rent is relatively low as there is external building work ongoing Mon-Fri 0800-1600. I have worked from home and it could be disruptive but also most of the time, fine.

I’ve been renting room since 2018. I am open to anyone interested: male, female, LGBTQ+, any creed and nationality, as long as you’re tidy and respectful. Moving in date & length of stay have some flexibility.
I am a live-in landlord, working Mon-Fri mostly from the company’s office. There is an indoor British Shorthair cat who is 6 y/o.
I’m happy to socialise with you with food, wine and/or Tv, equally if you prefer your own space that is too fine.

There is on street parking and a secure bike room. Smokers can use apartment’s balcony.
