I’m moving into a recently refurbished 3-bed house on Over Street (right in the heart of the North Laine) and looking to sublet the two spare rooms. The house has just had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted, so everything feels fresh and modern. The location couldn’t be better — minutes from cafes, pubs, shops, and Brighton Station, with the beach a short walk away.

About the house:
• 3-bedroom Victorian terrace with lots of character
• Newly fitted kitchen and bathroom
• Bright living room
• Bills & Wi-Fi included in rent

The rooms (all doubles):
• En suite – £1050 pcm
• Double – £950 pcm
• Smaller double – £850 pcm

(Furnishing is still to be confirmed — happy to discuss whether you’d prefer furnished or unfurnished.)

About me:
I’ll be taking one of the rooms (yet to be decided). I’m into socialising, being outdoors, sports, music, film/TV, dinner parties, and games nights. I’m vegan (not militant!), and I don’t want meat being cooked in the house. Dairy is ok as long as it’s kept respectful. I smoke occasionally but not indoors, and I’d expect the same from housemates.

The vibe:
Relaxed, sociable, and clean. Not a party house, but happy for the odd pub trip, film night, or shared dinner. Looking for housemates who are friendly, considerate, and enjoy a chat but also respect each other’s space.
