I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at this residence in Central Brighton.
The house is shared with 2 other lovely girls who are sociable and academically focused. The video shows a detailed tour of the house, but when the video was taken one of the previous tenants had moved out so it looks a bit drab but it's a lovely spacious room and I've attached a photo of what it looks like when all decorated.
The first two months are already pre-paid up until October 18th - free of charge to the new tenant!!
And if someone can move in ASAP I'm happy to cover your holding deposit!
Price is £196 a week including bills!
