Regular buses into town/the beach from Dyke Road or Preston Road, hire a cycle nearby or enjoy the walk. Preston Park is at the end of the road, with Sainsburys or Tesco a short walk away. 



All bills included, covering gas, electricity, water, council tax and WiFi. 



The room is furnished with:

Double bed (bedding available if required)

Desk, small set of drawers, chair and desk lamp

Full length mirror

Clothing rail and shelving



Available for a short term or longer term let, with one month deposit and references please. Tenancy agreement provided. 



Would suit student or working professional who likes kids (teenage).
