Large sunny loft room and en-suite with sweeping views across Brighton. Available to rent from November to a professional or an academic who does not work from home.

Our house is warm, spacious and comfortable in Central Brighton, near Seven Dials and a 10 minutes walk to Brighton station.

The room is carpeted with a private ensuite bath/shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, shelves, mirror, table and chair.

There is an open plan kitchen-diner, lounge and with a garden which you will share with us, and a washing machine & tumble dryer in the basement.

The house has a garage for a bike and limited storage in the garage.

We are a friendly and welcoming professional couple, Rick is an osteopath and Kay is a learning and development consultant, and also works in a college for students with learning disabilities. We always like a chat but will also respect your privacy. Rick cooks, enjoys working on a community farm, Kay enjoys yoga, sea swimming all year and creating a wildlife garden. We both hike and love camping. Our children are in their 20s and visit occasionally but it is a calm house.

We have happily hosted international students and rented to lodgers in the past. There are no other lodgers in our home and you will have sole use of the loft room and en-suite.
