LGBT+ flatmate sought for cosy queer household

Hello! We have a room going in our lovely 4 bedroom house right by Preston Park! Big garden, very cosy living room and separate kitchen space. Brighton station is 10 minutes' walk away.

Rent: £712.50 + bills including utilities, wifi, council tax and a cleaner every two week which works out between £100-115 depending on time of year.
Deposit: £807.50

The room:
- good sized double room on the first floor over looking the pub opposite.
- Furnished, inbuilt wardrobes (pictures on the add are from before it was furnished
- there are four steps up to the house itself
- the room is up one flight of stairs

The house:
You’d be living with three other housemates. Sam (he/him) and Azra (they/them), and Amrita (she/they), age range 23-31, working in a mixture of the arts/healthcare and charity sector.

The house:

We love to cook together and share groceries (this is optional!) and have chilled house evenings in with the occasional bit of reality TV thrown in.

We're pretty much sober household and like to keep the house clean and chilled. We all have chronic health conditions / disabilities so the house is a very much a rest friendly zone and not a party house, although having partners / friends / chill hangs / fire pit evenings are very much our vibe.
