• Start date: 01/10/2025 - Total rent for the house will be £1400 plus £200 for all bills, per month.
• This can either be for 2.5 months, until mid December (14/12/2025)
• Preference is to extend the tenancy until end of February 2026 (another 2.5 months) at reduced rent (£1000 per month, plus £200 bills) BUT there will be builders coming to work on the loft and you must be okay with disruption (scaffolding, builders in and out, access to the loft etc).
The property comes partly furnished, has one double bed, another double bed (need to assemble), a kitchen table, a sofa, a wardrobe, but will need some homey touches as no pictures, no third bed, no desk etc.
