A bathroom is located upstairs which has a newly installed toilet as well as a bath & shower.

There is on street parking which is normally widely available with local bus routes a 1 minute walk down the road, Portslade station is also nearby.

Please note we have a small Jack Russel in the property but he is an older dog and is very docile.
