I'm looking for someone to take my room **from 15th July until 4th September** in a lovely 4-bedroom house in Coldean.

* **Available:** 15th July – 4th September
* **Only £200 total** for the **entire stay** (includes **all bills and council tax**)
* The actual cost of the room is **£487.50/month + £113.52/month bills + council tax**, but I'm covering the remaining cost to make it affordable for a short-term stay.
* No deposit required!
* Fully furnished, spacious room

**Please note:** As I'm still the tenant on the contract and contributing towards the rent, I may stay in the room for **1–2 nights per week** when I need to visit the university. The rest of the time, the room will be entirely yours. This arrangement is reflected in the discounted price, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with that.
