Hey, I’m Sarah, 29, I work in London and I’m looking for someone chilled, tidy and respectful to share my flat in central Brighton. I’m up for the odd dinner/film night but mostly cosy, relaxed vibes.

✨ The room: £650pcm (excl. bills/council tax)
– Short-term let: mid-Oct to mid-Jan
– Light, cosy room (used to be a kid’s room)
– Chest of drawers + futon included (duvet/bedding if needed)

🏠 The flat:
– Fully furnished, loads of light
– Two bathrooms
– 5 min walk to the sea, 15 min to the station
– Council tax band B. Approx £80 per month.
– Bills approx £75-90 per month
