🏠It’s a 3-bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom, located right in the heart of Brighton.
The private room is the brightest, with a view of the Victorian fountain ⛲️, that lights up at night. It’s also furnished with a bed, mattress, pillows, bedside table and a wardrobe , plus a mini table with a chair that can be removed if not needed, you can make it your own in terms of setup and decor.
The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you might need : stove, oven, fridge, panini press, water kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine and even a picnic bag for beach days. The building is safe, newly refurbished and the neighbours are all chill.
🧳 A little about us: Aya , Ali and I are easygoing and friendly. Me and Aya share a room, we travel abroad during the winter months (up to 6 months), we both just graduated from university, and Ali is very calm and respectful he's married and has his own business he usually travels to see his wife or work in London so we barely see him. We would really appreciate someone who can treat the place as their own, It’s a peaceful and respectful home — if we vibe well, I promise you’ll feel at home instantly!

🔐 The current rental agreement would be from 28 September until the end of November, with the possibility to extend for another 12 months if everything works well for both sides. We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term stay ideally, but we're also willing to consider a short term stay.
