We’ve got two rooms available in a lovely 5 bed house ready to move in between end of October/start of November.

These rooms are sadly becoming free due to our lovely housemates making the move to London. Us remaining three housemates (female young professionals between 25 – 32) are looking for two easy-going, clean, kind and respectful new housemates to take their places.

Both rooms come furnished although the landlord will provide a new bed for both Room 1 and 2 - or you can bring your own.
Room 1 is pictured here with a single but currently has a double in.

Room 1: £635.80 per month Inc. Bills (subject to slight minimal change in bill costs) - Small double room

Room 2: £670.80 per month Inc. Bills (subject to slight minimal change in bill costs) - Larger double room

The house itself comprises of:
- 2x kitchens
- spacious living room/dining room
- 2x bathrooms
- a roof terrace with access from Room 1’s room
- bike storage.

And is minutes away from supermarkets, the sea, bus stops, and only a 15 min walk to Brighton station.🌊

As a household, we all have our own busy lives and are often spending time on our hobbies, working or seeing friends, but still enjoy watching TV together, occasional house dinners, swimming in the sea, and relaxing in shared spaces. We aren’t a party house and so are looking for people that understand the need for home to be a calm place to relax and feel safe in, as well as have a laugh too.
