Hello! We have a double room available from the 1st November
The house has a small patio garden, parking space (this is currently being used by one of the tenants but will be free around xmas!), open plan shared living room/kitchen, one bathroom and 4 bedrooms.
We're located just south of Queens Park, 5 minutes walk from St James Street, 10 minutes from the Lanes and 20 minutes from the train station.
Current housemates are me (Miah, 22, works in hospitality) Rachel (34, self employed creative, also training in nutrition) and Joe (26, musician and music agent). Rachel also has a lovely cat, Monkey, who is 13 years old and very cuddly and friendly! We are not a party house but definitely still like to be sociable, while also respecting eachother's privacy.
The room is a decent sized. east facing double on the first floor, and will come unfurnished.
Bills typically come to around £100-150 per month, depending on the time of year. We are in council tax band B. The tenancy is a 6 month rolling contract.
We are only accepting male identifying applicants, in order to keep the gender balance.
