Sunny single room available now!

We have had a room open up in our house that would be perfect for a young professional! The room gets lots of sun throughout the day, with a lovely view overlooking the neighbourhood. The current tenants are myself and my partner (who have moved to the UK from New Zealand a year ago), and a young professional working in Brighton.

We are currently looking for someone who enjoys some socialising (like joining us at the local pub quiz occasionally). We do enjoy a relaxed evening so please be aware that we are not a party-house. We are looking for a tidy/clean, respectful professionals. Unfortunately this room is not available to students.

Before applying please be aware that the tenancy is until May 2026.

The house/room includes:
- newly renovated interiors, including new kitchen and bathroom, carpets and paintwork
- bathroom includes heater
- 15 minute walk to Sainburys, five minute walk to bus stops to the city centre, as well as a ten minute walk to London Road train station.
- Comfy sofas and TV set in a spacious living room
- Rent includes all bills (including council tax) except for power and WiFi
