Room in cosy Hanover house

Hi all,

We are looking for new housemate to take the third room in our place in Hanover from the 5th November!

We are really well located, with a number of pubs (one on every corner!), cafes and parks nearby. It's roughly 15/20 minutes walk into the centre of town and kemptown is 10 minutes.

The house is super cosy and charming located on a quiet street. We have a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The room is a spacious double facing south with views to the back garden.

You'll be sharing with two great gals - Alice and Liv, both 27.

Alice - I’ve been back in Brighton for 2 years know, I work in travel for an LGBTQ+ agency. I love good food, languages, a good book and going to the cinema 💗

Liv - has lived in Brighton since March. Works in a nursery, loves baking and trying new restaurants 💗

We are looking for someone friendly and chill to suit the current vibe of the house. It's a fun, social and respectful environment.

The landlord will require the following:

-A UK-based guarantor
- Permanent employment
- A salary of no less than £25,000 per annum

Rent: £566

Bills: typically around £130. This includes WiFi, gas, electricity and council tax.

Note also that there will be an initial contribution of £85 for the new washing machine that the housemates collectively bought and had installed early January.
