I’m a female live‑in landlord, my boyfriend will be moving in soon, and I work from home, so I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flat mate who’s comfortable sharing a home with a couple and a daytime home‑working setup.

The flat is LGBTQ+ inclusive, and I’d ideally like someone 35+ and working full‑time.

The Space:

Your double room comes part‑furnished (bed, drawers, wardrobe), plus shared storage throughout the flat. You’ll have full access to the lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and a communal bike shed.

We’re right by the Racecourse — perfect for Brighton commuting and coastal routes.

Zone V parking: available via Brighton & Hove City Council

Bills: Rent, WiFi, water, and electricity all included.
