Beautiful location near Preston Park with fantastic public transport connections very close by. 7 minute walk to Preston Park Station (with direct 58 minute trains to London Bridge, Victoria and many other stations), local amenities incl 2 pubs, Sainsburys Local, Cafes etc and not far from the city centre. Bus stop 2 min walk with direct buses to Brighton town centre, hospital and Hayward Heath. Preston Park within an 8 minute walk.

The room is a large size (see spec in photos) with lots of storage space and is very quiet with no road noise.
