Big Double Room City Centre and garden

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate to share our beautiful house share in the city centre. The large room is a huge double on the top floor, lots of natural light.

We have a really spacious house with lots of storage, decent sized back and front patio with multiple entrances. Pretty quiet street considering we are at the heart of the city.

Right at the station and bus stops, less than a minute walk away. Walking distance to everything you’ll need in the city!

The bedroom is unfurnished but we have everything needed for the communal areas and are happy to share stuff, also space if you have your own things!

The big room is available, rent is £710, bills are about £120 including internet, council tax, water, gas and electric.

Room could be available before December if desired, will just need to check-in with the landlord and current flatmate :)

I’m Danni, and my flatmate moving in is Anna. We both work full-time for the NHS and a homelessness charity. We have a beautiful little three legged cat called Lily. She loves people and is very much a lap cat, she’ll give you space and is older so sleeps a lot and is generally chilled but does like a cuddle so if you don’t like cats this place isn’t the one for you.

Anna and I are pretty laid back and respectful people, happy to hang out and socialise but also appreciate privacy and rest. It important to us to respect the shared home vibe for everyone in it and are looking for someone likeminded who will bring a similar energy :)

Ideally looking for someone that is looking to stay longer term.
