Room to let in Brighton city centre / kemptown

Hello!

We are a house share of 4 looking for someone to fill our double room at the front of the house as our current housemate is leaving us.

The house sits between kemptown, hanover and the city centre making it a great location to explore Brighton, go to the beach and a quick trip to Aldi.

The room has space for a desk and fits a small double and a nice fireplace feature. The room will come unfurnished but you may be able to buy to buy the bed from the current tenant. The rent is £550 and all other bills usually come to around £80 a month but this can fluctuate depending on usage.

The property is shared with 2 young professionals and a masters student (1 LGBT male, 2 females).We have a shared kitchen with a large living and dining space downstairs. The property does not have parking without a permit.

We mainly keep to ourselves but occasionally come together to have dinner, watch tv or head to the pub. We’d like someone relatively social and outgoing who can contribute to the vibe but is respectful and clean :)
