I’m moving out of my lovely shared apartment to a place closer to work (the commute has been a bit long!), so a cosy and spacious room will soon be available.

The flat is right in the heart of the North Laine, just a 5-minute walk from Brighton train station and North Road — perfect for shopping, cafes, and getting around easily.

The house has three bedrooms:
• Two rooms upstairs (including the available one)
• One en-suite in the basement, which has garden access

The upstairs rooms share a bathroom, and there’s also a comfortable common living room for everyone to relax in. There's also a shared kitchen.

The room is unfurnished, but will have a double bed and a few bits of furniture.

At the moment, Emma and I are moving out, so you will be sharing the house with Elliot, who work full time and has an easy-going and social lifestyle, plus a new tenant.
