I'm looking for someone, female preferred, to take my room as I'm moving to London on 20th October for my job!
Available as a sublet for any time period between 21st October and 13th November and/or long term after the 13th.
The current housemates (Ben, Sophie & Jack) are sweet, chilled and welcoming. The price is £470 and bills come to around £150 each which is a great price for Brighton and looking for a housemate mid/20s upwards.
Preston Park is gorgeous and really close if you like lots of trees. Bus takes 15 mins to get into town but a cycle lane runs most of the way.
The bed and desk will be staying so we can negotiate that when you come and view :)
There is a cosy living room where you can enjoy occasional movie/game nights and some cute pubs 2 mins away.
Looking for someone to move in quite quickly and are doing viewings this week. The rooms usually go quick going by previous experience and everyone always loves this particular room. I'll put my number on here to make things easier.
